STUDENT EXCEL SCHOLARSHIPS - Deadline: April 15th each year

The Washington Association for Language Teaching offers up to three $1,000.00 scholarships each year to Washington residents taking advanced world language courses at the university level. The award is merit based rather than need based.

WAFLT-Sponsored Media Contest 

Deadline: April 15th  NB: The contest is under redesign in 2021 and will resume in 2022.

​*The video, poster, or digital media submission deadline is April 15, 2022, 12am Pacific Standard Time.

The theme will be announced in January 2022.

*Submitting teachers must have been WAFLT members during the entire 2021-2022 school year.

*Submissions that do not meet these guidelines will not be considered.
