Base fee:
  • One 6-foot exhibit table is included.
    Optional: extra tables, power to the tables with extra fee.
    Screen is not provided -- May bring your own.

    Cancellation fee: 25% of the entire registration fee based on tables/sponsorship level will be charged. No refunds if cancellation is requested after October 1st.

COFLT-WAFLT 2024 Fall Conference: Exhibitor Registration

Bridging Cultures, Fostering Global Communicators

  • When: October 10th-12th, 2024
  • Price: $250  (plus electricity $50/table and food add ons$50/meal). Registration includes one 6-foot exhibit table. We have limited number of Exhibitor tables. Please register ASAP to ensure the tables.  
  • Options to add on: Meals, Power to tables. 
    Screens are not able to be provided. We suggest exhibitors to bring their own if needed. 
    • Registration Deadlines: 
    (1) Register ASAP to ensure exhibit tables. 
    (2) Register by October 1st, 2024 to Ensure Meals.

    We must give the hotel final meal counts on October 1. Any conference registrations received after October 1 will not include meals.

    • Refunds for Cancellations

    Cancellation fee: 25% of the entire registration fee based on tables/sponsorship level will be charged for cancellation before October 1st, 2024. No refunds if cancellation is requested after October 1st. 

    If you are unable to attend the conference, WAFLT will not be able to refund the meals. 

    • Sponsorship Opportunities: 
    (1) Platinum sponsorship opportunities:
    -Thursday welcome reception  $3,000 - full page ad in program, video played before Friday keynote, one exhibitor session, up to 2 extras tables at our exhibitors booth.

     -Friday awards reception $3,000 (split between COFLT-WAFLT) - full page ad in program, video played before Saturday keynote, one exhibitor session, up to 2 tables at our exhibitors booth.

    (2) Gold sponsorship opportunities:
    Sponsor of one of our keynote speakers $2,000 -
    *  ½ page ad in program, video played the Saturday keynote, one exhibitor session, 1 extra table at no cost in our exhibitor hall.

    (3) Silver sponsorship opportunities:
    Sponsor of a coffee break (two opportunities - Friday morning or Saturday morning- $1,500) and ½ page ad.  One extra table at our exhibitor hall.

    (4) Friends of COFLT-WAFLT: Listed in program as a friend of  COFLT-WAFLT with 1/2 page ad $500.
