• Please note, student registrations do not include meals. You may add on a meal request in the registration for $50.
• Registration Deadlines: Register by October 11th to ensure (add-on) meals.

WAFLT is excited to announce the WAFLT Fall Conference in Spokane on October 18-19, 2025 at Ridgeline High School. The theme of this conference is “Advocate, Inspire, Sustain: The future of World Languages.”

• Register by October 11th to Ensure Meals

Any conference registrations received after October 11th will not include meals.

• Hotel and Transportation: Mirabeau Park Hotel and Convention Center

We have arranged a special room rate of $149/night for conference attendees at the Mirabeau Park Hotel and Convention Center. The hotel is close to Ridgeline High School where the conference will be held.  Use this hotel link as it is the only way to guarantee the conference rate.

• ASL Interpretation

If ASL interpretation is required, please mark it in the registration page. Conference organizers must know if this is a requirement before September 23rd.

• Refunds for Cancellations

A $20 processing fee will be applied for cancellation before October 4th. No refunds if cancellation is requested after October 4th.
