Registration

Base fee:
  • Current students of CWU and EWU benefit from a free registration. Contact Dr. Junyuan Chen for the code: junyuan.chen@cwu.edu
  • Current WAFLT members - Do you need to renew your 2026 membership? Please renew to access this event.
    Registration does not include breakfast or lunch. Please add meal options below.
    We cannot provide meal options for those who register after February 20th, 2026.
    There are nearby options on/off campus or you may bring your own food.
  • This option is available if you are listed as a retired member in our data base. Please update your profile if your work status has changed.
    Meals are not provided. Please add on meal options before February 20th, 2026.
  • WAFLT Board members receive free registration, but meals are not included. Please choose this option for $30 if you want the catered option.
  • WAFLT will offer free registration for session presenters whose proposals have been accepted. You will receive a code to use for this registration. Please note: Breakfast and lunch are $35.

Event

Join your language educator colleagues for this One-Day-WAFLT Spring Conference to be held March 7th, 2026 from 8:00 am-4:00 pm in Black Hall at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington. Registration is only $30 and free for presenters! Clock hours are included in your registration.

Conference Agenda and Schedule

The conference agenda and schedule are now available. Breakfast and Lunch orders have closed. You may bring your own food or explore the options near the campus.

Parking at CWU

There will be free parking on Central's campus in front of Black Hall.

Meals

A light continental breakfast and a boxed lunch (sandwich, chips, fruit - vegetarian available) will be available for $30. Refunds will not be available if you purchase your lunch off-site. We're sorry, but we cannot provide gluten-free or other special meal types. Breakfast/Lunch orders have now closed.
