WAFLT 2026 Fall Conference: Exhibitor information

As Yakima is centrally located in Washington, we are planning for a great turnout of participants. We anticipate around 150 to 200 colleagues including participants from Idaho and Oregon. 

We invite you to consider supporting our conference through a sponsorship or purchasing an exhibitor table.  We offer the following opportunities, but would welcome a conversation if you have something else in mind.

Distinguished: $500

• 2 exhibitor registrations with options to add on meals. Please see below.

• Full page of advertising in the exhibitor program

• (1) 8-foot table with electricity included

• Exhibitor session included.

• • Submit a session proposal here

• Note that all transactions must take place in the exhibitor hall 

Superior: $300

• 1 exhibitor registrations with options to add on meals. Please see below. 

• • Additional registrations: $125 with option to add on meals.

• ½  page of advertising in the exhibitor program

• (1) 8-foot table with electricity included

• Exhibitor session included.

• • Submit a session proposal here

Intermediate: $200

• 1 exhibitor registrations with options to add on meals. Please see below. 

• • Additional registrations: $125 with option to add on meals.

• ¼ page of advertising in the exhibitor program

• (1) 8-foot table with black drape

• Electricity upon request ($50 fee)

• Does not include an exhibitor session.

Meal add-ons:

• Meals: $30/breakfast (Saturday/Sunday)

• $40 Saturday lunch (plated lunch)

• $30 Sunday lunch (to-go option available)

Registration Deadlines:

Register by October 1st, 2026 to Ensure Meals.

We must give the hotel final meal counts on October 1. Any conference registrations received after October 1 will not include meals.

Refunds for Cancellations

Cancellation fee: 25% of the entire registration fee based on tables/sponsorship level will be charged for cancellation before October 1st, 2026. No refunds if cancellation is requested after October 1st.
